1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading the MajhiGadi app, registering an account, or using the public QR tag scanning feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
MajhiGadi provides a QR-based vehicle contact system. Vehicle owners can register their vehicles and attach QR stickers. Members of the public can scan these stickers to send alert messages to the owner. Phone numbers are kept private at all times.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MajhiGadi to: harass, threaten, or stalk vehicle owners; send false or misleading alerts; attempt to circumvent our rate-limiting or anti-spam systems; reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Violation may result in permanent blocking of your device.
4. Owner Responsibilities
As a vehicle owner, you are responsible for keeping your vehicle and registration details accurate. You acknowledge that attaching a QR sticker makes your vehicle publicly contactable. You agree to use the platform only for vehicles you own or have authority over.
5. Sticker Purchase
Physical QR stickers are sold separately. All sticker sales are final unless the product is defective. Digital activation of the sticker is free. Stickers are non-transferable once activated to a vehicle.
6. Limitation of Liability
MajhiGadi is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages arising from missed alerts, notification failures, or misuse of the platform by third parties. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the sticker.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting support.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
